BBFW25 will be held from April 23 to April 27, 2025. The Fashion Shows will run from April 23 to April 26, while the Trade Show will be from April 25 to April 27. The event will take place at the Montjuic Venue (Fira Barcelona – Av. Reina Maria Cristina s/n).
Yes, just like in previous editions, the Fashion Shows will be streamed live on our app and website. You can also catch up on shows from past editions on our website or our YouTube channel.
Since this is a professional event, you need to register as an industry professional to purchase a ticket for the Trade Show. You can do this via our website on the following page.
Yes, we offer different passes depending on your professional profile. If you are a Buyer from a multi-brand bridal store, register as a “Buyer” through our form. Wedding planners must also register through the form on our website. Fashion industry professionals can buy their pass through the provided link.
It depends on the type of pass you have. The access to the Fashion Shows (except Bridal Night Show) is only granted by invitation from the designer or the organization, or if you hold a Key Buyer or Wedding Planner pass. Please take into account that the capacity is limited, and entry is not guaranteed.
No, BBFW is an exclusive event designed specifically for a professional B2B audience, with access limited to those in the bridal and fashion industries, such as buyers, wedding planners, and fashion professionals.

To download your Visa Letter after registering for BBFW25, log into your Visitor Area. Once inside, go to the “Visa Letter” section, where you’ll find all the information you need.
To access Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week, minors must be accompanied by an adult at the accreditation area. There, they will be given an authorization form, which must be signed to confirm that the minor can attend the event if they are accompanied by an adult.

Yes, in addition to bridal fashion, BBFW also highlights cocktail and red-carpet fashion, so you’re more than welcome to join as an exhibitor.
Once your Trade Show space is confirmed and your brand is listed in the Brand Directory, you can promote your presence through your social media, website, and personal network.
Yes, you should upload your latest collection to the Brand Directory as soon as possible. This allows visitors to preview your collection and plan their visit to the BBFW Trade Show.
