Among the royal weddings, after Lady Gabriella (daughter of Prince Michael of Kent, cousin of Queen Elizabeth) married Thomas Kingston on 18 May, Princess Beatrice of York will make her dream of love come true with Italian businessman Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. Also in the House of Windsor, William and Harry’s cousin, Flora Ogilvy will marry former professional hockey player Timothy Vesterberg next year.

There are also many VIP couples who have said their “I dos” in 2019: Sophie Turner and singer Joe Jonas have said I do twice in just under two months; the first time in Las Vegas, with a surprise event broadcast live on Instagram, and the second time in Provence, France. A destination also chosen by Charlotte of Monaco (beautiful, in a Giambattista Valli gown) and Dimitri Rassam who married there for the second time after their civil wedding in the Principality. Designer Marc Jacobs and Charly Defrancesco joined in matrimony in a very private ceremony, except that the entire New York fashion world was invited to the party. Among the guests were Anna Wintour, Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, and Gigi and Bella Hadid.

And 2020 will be no less outstanding, as many love stories are going to be culminated then. Scarlett Johansson accepted fiancé Colin Jost’s proposal (this will be the third marriage for the actress), and Emma Stone shared a photo on Instagram showing a fabulous ring she got from author Dave McCary. Five engagement rings star the story of Jennifer Lopez. The last one she received was from former baseball star Alex Rodriguez, who got down on one knee at the beach in the Bahamas.

Now all we have to do is wait for next year to dream and live these fairy tale weddings with the VIPs.
