The Valmont Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week (VBBFW) will become the epicentre of international bridal fashion with the participation of more brands and designers: for four days, more than 900 dresses from 35 fashion houses will be seen on the trade show of the week devoted to bridal fashion, eveningwear and cocktail dresses. In addition to the great brands we have at the Barcelona event, this year there will be 8 houses such as Marchesa and The Atelier that will be participating for the first time at the event to show buyers, media and guests from around the world their spring/summer 2020 collections.
Between 23rd – 26th April, Hall 1 of the Fira de Barcelona’s Montjuïc venue, in Plaza de España, will be the main stage for the latest creations from 35 leading national and international houses, 8 more than in 2018, who will be presenting over 900 outfits from their collections that will set the trends in 2020 in dresses, eveningwear, cocktail dresses and accessories for both bride and groom.
The leading brands on the market will be back this year, including Jesus Peiró, set to appear at the first fashion show on Tuesday, 23rd April, Pronovias, due to close the fashion show on 26th April in the Italian Hall, located next to the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, and Rosa Clará, who will exhibit her collection at the Fish Market in Barcelona this year. The exhibitors will also include Cristina Tamborero, the Basque designer who won the “Best New Talent” prize at the 2018 ELLE International Bridal Awards, Sophie et Voilà, Italian Carlo Pignatelli, who will attend for the second time, Isabel Sanchís, Marylise & Rembo Styling, Inmaculada García, Isabel Zapardiez, Ana Torres, Esther Noriega, Cymbeline, Marco & María, Catalan designers Yolancris, Ramón Sanjurjo, with his new wedding attire collection for men, Carla Ruiz, Sonia Peña and the US firm Demetrios.
