Could you explain the essence of the collection and what has inspired you?
When I design a collection I think about elegance, it is my first source of inspiration. But together with it there is always an obsession to make this elegance contemporary.
So, what then? My base is elegance and my brand, my company, which has been around for 50 years, started by my grandmother and my grandfather, then my father and my mother, and now this is the third generation, my sister and me.
We start from tradition, but also from the know-how and background of a company that is completely made-in-Italy, a company that is today one of the most important and historical in the country.
That is why I am obsessed with the contemporary, and with finding the future of this bride; very high quality yet adapted to the market – someone who is happy in the time in which she is living.
My company, in addition to our Bellantuono collection, also produces and inspires Roberto Cavalli and Blumarine Sposa. We are a bridal group company that is also fully part of the fashion world.
What do you think of the transformation of Valmont Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week into a digital experience?
I am very happy to participate in this Valmont event in Barcelona because of its modernity. I feel very much part of this project, so thank you very much to all of you.
